In the event of a disconnection while playing

Sometimes, communication problems over the Internet cause sudden disconnections. Online Casino has designed software to cope with these types of problems in a way that protects you from losing your investment and, at the same time, eliminates the chance of an intentional disconnection and abuse of the system. Online Casino's Disconnection Policy is as follows: Should a Member be disconnected when playing, that Member will be automatically directed to finish the same game once he/she reconnects to the Casino.

The following Disconnection Policy applies to Member's using Online Casino's Casino software, version 6.61 or lower, for each of the following games: Blackjack, Slot Machines, Roulette, Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps, Caribbean Stud Poker, Keno, Pai Gow Poker.

Blackjack:
If you are dealt twelve or more and the connection ends before the hand is completed, the play will continue with your hand and will be regarded as a "stand". After reconnecting, a Player can see if he/she won the hand. To do this, simply click on "My Game Log" in the Casino Lobby. If a Player is dealt eleven or less and the connection terminates before the hand is completed, the bet will be reimbursed to the Member. If a disconnection happens following a "Split", both of the hands will be treated in regard to the higher hand of the pair. Here is an example: If the higher hand totals 12 or more, the play will continue with both hands, and after reconnecting you will be able to see whether or not you have won the hand. If the higher hand totals 11 or less, the bet on both hands will be returned.

Slot Machines:
If a disconnect should happen prior to pulling the lever, but after a bet was placed, your bet will be returned to you. If a disconnect should occur after a bet was placed and the lever has been pulled, the play will continue and you can see whether or not you have won your bet once you reconnect.

Roulette:
If you have already placed a bet, and the connection was terminates before the ball lands, the same play will continue. You can see whether or not you have won your bet after reconnecting. Click on "My Game Log", located in the Casino Lobby. Sometimes, during very slow communication, the Roulette Wheel may display the previous rounds results. If this happens, though, the correct result will be on the top of the screen.

Video Poker:
If a disconnect occurs after the player has placed money in the Credit Box but prior to selecting the amount of coins for the next round, the money will be returned to the player's Bankroll. If a disconnect occurs after the player has placed a bet but before clicking the "deal/draw" button, the bet will be returned to the player's Bankroll. If a disconnect occurs after the player has clicked on the "deal/draw" button, but before the player has selected the cards to be held, the round is calculated as if the player selected a hold on all the cards. If the present hand has a winning combination, the player's Bankroll will be adjusted accordingly.

Baccarat:
If a disconnect occurs at any time during the game the bet will be automatically returned to the player's Bankroll.

Craps:
If you have placed a bet on the table, but have not yet rolled the dice, your bet will be returned. If a disconnection should happen after the dice are rolled then all removable bets will be returned, with the exception of the bets which have a statistical advantage for the player.
After removable bets have been returned, the dice will be rolled automatically and play will continue until all bets are cleared from the table. During this session, some of the bets will be won and some will be lost, according to the statistical outcome determined by Online Casino's Random Number Generator. Your Bankroll will be credited automatically with winner-won bets.

Caribbean Stud Poker:
If a bet is on the table, the game will be played out for you upon a disconnect. In the "Download Version" only, once a reconnection is established to Online Casino you will have the option to:

a. Accept the results of the hand that was automatically played.

b. Go to a Private Table and play out your hand from the point that you were disconnected.

Keno:
If you have placed a bet on the Keno Machine, your game(s) will be played automatically upon a disconnect. Once re-connected to Online Casino, you may come back and see the results of the game(s).

Pai Gow Poker:
If a bet is on the table, the game will be played out automatically upon disconnection. In the "Download Version" only, once you have reconnected to Online Casino you will have the option to:

a. Accept the outcome of the hand that was played.

b. Go to a Private Table and play from the time of the disconnection.
