Reversing an already-requested cash out
Cashing Out requests can be cancelled
and the money returned to your bankroll for up to 5 days
(2 days for Gold VIP Members) after your cash out
request. After the specified amount of your cash out will be processed
and cannot be reversed.
To transact a cancellation, you must login to the casino program. From the Lobby, enter the Cashier and select "Cash Out". A list of cash out requests can be found in the "Awaiting
Process" box, along with the current cash out's status. Select the unprocessed cash out you wish to cancel by
clicking on it. Once highlighted, select "reverse cash out". The
cash out request will be reversed and the status will
change to "Cancelled by User". The money
will be instantly returned to your bankroll.
You can also view your cash out history by entering the "History Log", accessible from
the main casino lobby. This will be a complete list of
your cash out requests, those that have been
processed and those you have cancelled.
Please Note: Cash Outs requested and
cancelled during a casino event will not count as part of your bankroll during the event. Deposits must be wagered
during the event for you to qualify in the competition.
